Services That We Offer.
Specializing in intimate weddings and bride-only experiences, I provide a calm, elevated luxury experience for you and your wedding party. My private studio is based in Benicia, California, and I travel throughout Napa, Sonoma, San Francisco, and Carmel for destination celebrations. A four-service minimum is required for Friday through Sunday reservations. Bride-only packages are available upon request.

A long-wearing, flawless makeup application created with intention and calm, this two-hour luxury experience is the perfect beginning to your wedding day. You’ll receive thoughtful support and guidance throughout the planning process, including schedule coordination and curated bridal prep guides. Luxury skin preparation and faux lashes are also included to ensure a polished, radiant finish that lasts beautifully from first look to final dance.

This luxury experience is perfect for the bride seeking a truly elevated, personalized VIP wedding morning. The package includes a two-hour luxury bridal makeup application, followed by three hours of dedicated on-site touch-up time through photos and/or your ceremony.

If Stefanie’s soft glam artistry feels beautifully aligned with your vision and you believe she is the perfect fit for your wedding day, please inquire via the contact page.
You can expect a response within 12–24 hours with availability details and a comprehensive bridal brochure outlining pricing, package options, and booking information.

Once your service needs are confirmed via email, Stefanie will provide a custom quote followed by your contract.
During this time, she’s happy to answer any questions to ensure we’re the perfect fit for your wedding day vision and needs.

To confirm your booking, both a signed contract and a paid nonrefundable retainer are required. Once these are received, your wedding date will be officially secured on Stefanie’s calendar.

Stefanie offers a highly recommended, though optional, bridal trial to perfect your wedding day look.
It is best to schedule the trial approximately 3–6 months before your wedding to allow for a calm and thoughtful preparation process.
During the session, Stefanie works closely with the bride to curate a look that reflects her unique style and vision, ensuring she feels confident, radiant, and completely at ease on her wedding day.

Approximately 30 days before your wedding, Stefanie will check in to confirm your final makeup finish time. This allows her to create a detailed schedule to ensure a calm, relaxed morning. The finalized timeline can also be coordinated with your other vendors to guarantee a seamless and stress-free wedding day.

On your wedding day, Stefanie will arrive early to set up near a large window in a spacious getting-ready room, ensuring optimal light and comfort. Every detail is approached with intention to create a calm, relaxed morning, helping the bride feel like the most radiant version of herself before walking down the aisle. A comprehensive bridal prep and wedding morning guide will be provided to ensure a seamless, stress-free start to your special day.
