A la Carte Makeup:
You’re welcome to add extra services to any package for $185 each.
Travel Fee:
Travel is not included in any package and will be calculated per artist based on your location at a rate of $2 per mile. For weddings in San Francisco, a flat travel fee of $250 per artist applies.
Please note that any parking fees, valet charges, or bridge tolls associated with your location will be added to the final balance. As I travel with professional equipment, I will always utilize valet parking when available, and these costs (including any applicable fees for additional artists) will be the bride’s responsibility.
Hotel Accommodations:
Hotel accommodations is required for locations 1.5+ hours away from me. This is not included in the cost. Please see the FAQ section for more information.
On-location Touch Ups:
Skin powdering, lip retouches, tear fixing, fly on the wall touch ups for 3 hours once services end. Just need one or two hours? Book at $185/hr. Add on additional hours for $185/hr.
Assistant Artists:
For groups of seven or more, a second artist may be required. An additional fee of $300, plus the artist’s travel fee, will apply. Subject to availability.
Early Morning Fee:
For start times earlier than 7:00 a.m., an early morning fee of $50 per hour per artist will be added.
Rehearsal Makeup:
Want to look flawless for your rehearsal too? Add a rehearsal makeup session to any package for $350 plus travel fees.

Following your inquiry, Stefanie Weinapple Makeup will reach out via email to learn more about your event and confirm all the details.
A tailored proposal will then be created to reflect your unique preferences.

A formal contract and invoice will be provided to confirm your booking.
Your wedding date will be officially reserved in Stefanie’s calendar once the contract is signed and the retainer has been received.

Every package includes a 2-hour makeup preview at my private studio in Benicia, typically scheduled 1–2 months before the wedding day.
During this session, we’ll explore your vision and collaborate to create a look that enhances your features and complements your overall bridal style.

30 days before the wedding, Stefanie will reach out to confirm all timing and logistics for the day.

The big day is here! You’ll receive a text from me when I’m on my way, and I’ll arrive about 20 minutes early to set up near a large window for the best natural light. With one hour scheduled for each person and two hours for the bride, it’s the perfect time to relax, enjoy, and be pampered.
FAQs
YOU NEED TO KNOW
What is required to book?
A signed contract and $350 retainer are required to secure your booking. Your retainer is applied toward the final balance — no extra booking fees! The remaining balance is due in full 7 days before your wedding date.
How does hotel accommodations work?
If travel exceeds 1.5 hours, a hotel accommodation is required. This cost is not included in your package investment. I’ll reserve a room at your getting-ready location or the nearest hotel to your venue and include it in your travel fee. I arrive the day before to ensure a smooth, stress-free morning and to guarantee I’m fully prepared for your big day.
I’m just having a courthouse ceremony, how should I book?
If you’re planning a small, intimate ceremony or a courthouse celebration and prefer to keep things simple, I’d be happy to provide makeup services in my studio. Please inquire for more details!
Can we get ready in our venue’s bridal suite?
Yes, absolutely! Please ensure you have permission to access the getting-ready space as early as needed to avoid any day-of complications. Most wedding day beauty services begin around 7:00 a.m., and it’s your responsibility to provide a space that allows us to start on time.
Do you offer makeup services for moms?
Yes, absolutely! I love working with mothers of the bride and groom. However, it’s important that they feel comfortable and genuinely excited about having their makeup professionally done. For the best experience, I don’t recommend encouraging anyone who isn’t fully open to it—this should feel like a pampering, enjoyable part of the day.
My style is modern, soft-glam and designed to photograph beautifully, so it’s important they know what to expect. If they prefer a more minimal look, they’re always welcome to do their own makeup or work with another artist whose style better fits their comfort level.
Can you accommodate a large bridal party?
Yes! I can accommodate up to 6 makeup services on my own per booking. For parties larger than 6, I’ll bring one of my trusted second artists to ensure a smooth and timely morning. An additional fee applies, and this is subject to availability. To guarantee a second artist, I’ll need a confirmed service count at the time of booking so their spot can be reserved in advance.
When can I book my bridal preview (“trial”)?
Bridal previews are scheduled closer to your wedding date and take place at my private studio during the week, when I’m not on-site for weddings. Studio hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Due to limited space, I kindly ask that only the bride attend the appointment.
How will the morning go?
To ensure a smooth and relaxing start to your day, I’ll create a detailed makeup schedule based on your desired finish time.
Pro tip: Coordinate with your photographer to ensure all makeup services are completed before their arrival for seamless getting-ready photos.
Here’s an example timeline for four services with a 1:00 PM finish time (including setup and courtesy touch-ups):
7:25 AM – Stefanie arrives and sets up
7:45 AM – Makeup Appointment 1
8:45 AM – Makeup Appointment 2
9:45 AM – Bride’s Makeup Appointment

12:45 PM – Courtesy touch-ups for shine or lips
