Do you offer both hair and makeup?
Stefanie Weinapple specializes exclusively in makeup artistry to provide a focused, elevated experience. While she does not offer hair services, she is happy to share trusted referrals for talented local hairstylists.

Can I book just for myself, or do you require a service minimum?
A service minimum of four services (1 bride + 3 additional services, or the dollar equivalent) is required for on-site bookings. For brides without a bridal party, a custom bride-only package can be created to meet the minimum, typically by including extended on-site touch-ups. Please inquire for a personalized quote.

How do you curate the makeup schedule and manage the morning of?
Every wedding morning is thoughtfully customized with a personalized beauty timeline designed specifically for your bridal party. Once your final makeup completion time is confirmed, a detailed service schedule is carefully curated to ensure a seamless, relaxed experience that flows beautifully alongside your photographer’s timeline.

To maintain the elevated quality and luxury experience my brides expect, all service timing requirements are thoughtfully planned and non-negotiable. I reserve 2 hours for bridal makeup, 1 hour for each additional makeup service, along with additional time for artist setup and final touch-ups to ensure every detail is completed to perfection without ever rushing the experience.

How do I book SWM for my wedding?
To begin, simply submit an inquiry through the booking page with as many details as possible. I will respond with my availability along with a detailed bridal pricing brochure outlining services and rates.

If I’m available and you’d like to move forward, your date is officially reserved once a signed contract and retainer fee are received.

How should I contact you for schedule changes or questions?
The best way to reach me is always via email. I respond to all inquiries within 72 hours during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Is a non-refundable retainer fee required to reserve my date?
Yes — a signed contract and non-refundable retainer fee are required to secure your wedding date on my calendar. The retainer is non-transferable and is applied toward your total balance. The remaining balance is due in full 7 days prior to your wedding date and is paid online.

Do you service large bridal parties?
I can accommodate up to five services per booking, including the bride. For larger groups, an additional artist will be required to ensure a smooth and timely morning. I’m happy to provide trusted second artist referrals upon request.

When should I schedule my bridal makeup preview?
Bridal makeup previews are typically scheduled 1–2 months before your wedding date to ensure your look feels current, cohesive, and fresh in both of our minds. This timing also allows your vision and inspiration to be fully finalized while still giving us enough time to make any refinements if needed.

Previews are held at my private studio in Benicia, CA. Studio appointments are available by appointment only, subject to availability, Tuesday through Thursday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

What should I bring and wear to my bridal makeup preview?
Please wear a white or light-colored open neck top to help you visualize your final bridal look.

I also recommend bringing inspiration photos of my work so we can ensure your vision aligns with my signature aesthetic and bridal style.

Once your date is officially booked, you’ll receive my Bridal Preparation Guide—a detailed PDF covering everything from trial preparation and skincare timelines to expert tips for achieving a flawless, radiant wedding-day finish.

Do you offer trials for bridesmaids and moms?
At this time, trials are reserved exclusively for brides due to high demand and limited availability. I prioritize the bridal preview experience to ensure each bride receives dedicated time and attention in perfecting her wedding day look.

Can I book a trial before making things official if I’m not sure about your style or my look?
At this time, I do not offer standalone trials. Bridal previews are reserved exclusively for clients who have secured their wedding date with a signed contract and non-refundable retainer fee.
