Whether your wedding is an intimate elopement or a full day celebration, Stefanie is the artist for brides who see themselves in her work and who instantly connect with her signature soft glam style. Her brides want to feel like the most elevated, glowing version of themselves. They are excited to work with her, trust her artistry, and do not stress over unnecessary details. They simply want to look and feel incredible.

From the first brushstroke to your final touch up, Stefanie is there to bring calm, clarity, and confidence to your bridal morning. Her role goes far beyond makeup. She creates an experience that feels supportive, seamless, and genuinely enjoyable.

Stefanie believes every bride deserves a deeply personalized approach. She personally provides up to six services to ensure each look receives her full attention, artistry, and signature flawless finish. Extended touch ups or evening glam transformations can be added if desired.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Stefanie regularly serves weddings in Napa, Sonoma, Carmel, and beyond. She is always honored to travel for destination celebrations when her clients want her expertise by their side.

Step 1

Get in touch

Send over all of your wedding information; date, location, time, bridal party size and anything else we need to know. The more information the better!

If I am free on your date, I’ll send you my bridal rates for your consideration

Step 2

Booking

To move forward with booking and secure your date on my calendar, a signed contract and retainer fee are required.

Step 3

Bridal Preview “Trial”

If you choose to book a bridal preview session (trial), we will schedule it accordingly, and I will host you at my private studio in Benicia, CA.

Trials are optional but highly recommended to ensure the best results. Notes and photos from your session will be kept on file, allowing us to refine and perfect your look ahead of your wedding day. Studio hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Wedding day!

I’ll arrive early and provide a detailed schedule in advance so you feel fully organized and cared for on the morning of your wedding.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. All wedding reservations require a five-service minimum (1 bride + 4 additional services) or the dollar equivalent. Elopement and City Hall bookings are accommodated at my private Benicia studio on weekdays.

  • Stefanie Weinapple Makeup is an independent artist with a maximum headcount of six services per booking. Referrals for a second artist are available upon request; however, it is the bride’s responsibility to secure and book any additional artist(s) needed for services beyond my capacity, while still meeting my minimum service requirement.

  • Yes, a firm service count is required at the time of contract signing. Once the contract is executed, no services may be added or removed.

  • Most brides book 6–12 months in advance. Stefanie Weinapple Makeup accepts a limited number of weddings each season to maintain an elevated, exclusive experience. Currently accepting bookings for 2026. Bookings for 2027 will open in May 2026. Early inquiries are welcome, and a waitlist is available for priority access.

  • Bridal trials are exclusively reserved for brides who have secured their wedding date with a signed contract and paid retainer. If you are unsure whether I am the right artist for your vision, I encourage you to review my portfolio and client testimonials prior to booking.

    I specialize in soft glam bridal makeup, which features layered liquid foundation, creams, and powders to create a polished, long-wearing finish. This style is not natural makeup, yet it remains refined and timeless—elevated without being overly bold like full glam.

  • All bridal trials take place at my private studio in Benicia, CA. Due to limited space, I kindly ask that you attend your trial alone. Trials are offered on weekdays during business hours, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Weekends are reserved exclusively for wedding bookings; therefore, trials are not available on Saturdays or Sundays.

  • Please arrive with clean, exfoliated, and well-moisturized skin. Flawless makeup begins with properly prepped skin, as a smooth, hydrated base is essential for optimal results. Detailed skin preparation guidelines will be provided prior to your event to ensure the best possible outcome.

  • This depends on your venue. Early access is required, as most wedding day services begin as early as 7:00 AM. You must confirm that the bridal suite will be available at the necessary start time or secure an off-site getting-ready location.

    Many venues charge additional fees for early access or do not permit access at all. Please review your venue contract carefully and obtain written confirmation to ensure uninterrupted use of the space and avoid any unnecessary stress on your wedding day.

    For the most seamless and relaxed morning, I highly recommend getting ready off-site in a spacious hotel suite or private rental.
